While we enjoy children, unless your child is receiving a service, we ask that you do not bring them with you.  For the safety of your children and our salon staff, children under the age of 13 are not permitted on the salon floor, or in the spa treatment rooms unless they are receiving services.

Gratuities are not included in your service fees, and are accepted in cash or credit or debit card at the time of payment.  Typical gratuities are 15-20%, but are at your discretion.

It is advised that you consult your physician before any spa treatment and/or coloring of your hair.  First trimester services will not be rendered for any of our spa services, including massage, facials and med-spa services.

Please stop using the products immediately and consult your physician.  Products may returned for a store credit within 14 days of purchase.  We will work with you to find a more suitable product.  We also advise that you contact us prior so we may have a product specialist consult you at that time.

Please call the salon at 623.434.8055 at 24 hours prior to service so we may re-schedule your appointment.
